Draw Power for mages?
besides the obvious arcane intelect and such, are there any other cards that can either increase draw power or thin out a deck?

Arcane Explosion has the potential to draw you a lot of cards. Blink is very good. Mana Agate is good (not great). If you're playing rush, then The Defias Brotherhood is really good. If you're playing with Ozzati, then Rescue the Survivor's is really good.
Usually, you're quests/Parvink should be doing the majority of you're extra drawing (unless you're a paladin). This frees you're abilities for removal/protection.

Touch of Arcane with damage ramps(Akama's Sash, Arcane Power, Inspiring Presense, etc) are turning out to be useful. I insta-fry a hero/ally and refill my hand. It works well.
Invocation and Evocation deserve a mention... mostly Invocation, though.

And we can't forget the recent upswing in Mana Ruby usage. Complete hand recovery at a low cost can never be ignored.

That's very true... I. however, tend to veer towards the lower cost mana stones... just so I can use cards like One Draenei's Junk.
