Perfect circle monarchs is good, very nice and good indeed, but i fear falls to Aurkus and GB chariot. Now i know that these arent always going to be there etc etc blah blah. Also yes it is fast v fast but not as fast as lightsworn or wings. It falls into the tier 1.5 ness void space i fear. THEY SHOULD MAKE A ZOMBIE MONARCH!!!! lol Go on konami that woudl be cool.
