Trunks is FTW. 8D And thanks.

:/ That really reduces the chances I have of Synchro Summoning. 2 Instant Fusions is perfect. Running any more or less wouldn't have a desirable result.

Excellent Duels against a Destiny Hero Zombie Deck.

Duel 1: I went second. Heavy Storm took out Bottomless Trap Hole, Call of the Haunted, and Mirror Force. I got Colossal Fighter out to attack. I actually should've gotten a Stardust, since he wasn't able to get out a bigger Synchro. And I drew Assault Mode Activate 2 turns after. >_>;

He later had a big comeback, having RDA & SDD on the field + Skill Drain (so my Fighter was no longer ATK/3000 Dx). He kept attacking with RDA, and Fighter kept coming back. My opponent had 200 LP. What did I do wrong? I hadn't attacked for 3 turns. I attacked SDD and won.


Duel 2: Opponent chose to go first. My hand was bad. I Set Assault Mode Activate. He made 3 direct attacks, one of which was from Stardust. Good thing I had Brain Control. 8D SD/AM just ruled the Duel. He eventualy had 3 cards in his hand. I negated his Allure, and he Summons DAD. I had 1900 LP. >__>;
Could have went 2-0...

Lesson learned:
Keep track of both you and your opponent's Life Points!


Duel 3 - Final Decisive Battle: Began with Grand Mole. I bounced a card. Second time he Mirror Forced. I took a direct hit from Pyramid Turtle. I Called Mole the turn after, and my opponent bounced it back. The SD/AM I had just Summoned get killed DAD, and Mole bounced RDA. SD/AM could negate his trump cards. 3000 damage Direct Attack and I won.

Match Result: 2 - 1
All of the Duels were very close. I'm very pleased with this Deck's performance.
I'm quite surprised since I don't get much chances to play Tier 1 Decks nowadays.

Yesterday, I dueled a guy with identical deck as ours. So, basically it was a mirror match. The only difference is that he had a D-hero draw engine, PSZ and DAD.
When I COTH stardust dragon he tried to assault mode it, luckily he had no more assault mode dragons so he forfeited. I would like to clarify, can he really Assault Mode my monsters?
Score : 2-0 I pwned him. haha

Only if you use Soul Exchange. Otherwise you could sac your opponents monster for E-Con and take another one of theirs.

Never negate draw cards with SD/AM unless you know it's their last ditch effort.

... You can't do that. When you Tribute a monster for a card, it has to be on your own Side of the field. >__>;
Unless you use Soul Exchange like MX5J6 said.

It's doing very well. The latest Duel I had was with the D-Hero/Zombies. I basically had advantage in every Duel of the Match, but I lost one Duel due to my own human error.

Looks very fast and efficient. Is SD-AM pretty much a win once you get it out? I've never tried one before.

Thank you very much, BlackVoid2.
Well, I couldn't say it's an immediate win, but it's really, really good.
It adds another level of control and makes it quite hard for your opponent to do anything.
You could make /AM with the D-Hero engine of the Deck you have right now.

You only activate it for game or a game breaking move. I've got Hand of the Six Samurai to go with it. I can still use the effects when they come out so that's two free effects. I can attack with them still. Not to mention when I summon them, I can still put counters on Six Samurai United and Gateway of the Six. Lots of good reasons why it needs to stay.
