I do not see this card being played. Spirit Sanctuary is significantly better.

SIGH. Summoning cannot be prevented, you can destroy 1 monster on the field AND inflict damage OR gain LP. Oh, it is also a high ATK monster. I do not like this card at all.

Very powerful, but is only really a stall card.

Well, your opponent cannot stop you from summoning this card. 2nd sentence is too powerful. 3rd sentence is alright, but could end up broken, depending on what monsters you control. Last sentence is too much with the other effects.

The only thing I like about this card is the fact that you can only control 1.

No. I do suggest you create your deck, post it in the CAC Tournament thread, and let the other members of the tournament comment on the cards you intend on using in the tournament and then make fixes as suggested... Like everyone else has done.
