Well, the easiest way to make this deck better is to put it at 60 so lose
1 mountain
1 Swamp
3 Volcanic submersion
1 Skeletonize
for that end.
Also since you have a limited pool I recomend trying to at least eliminate the skeletonize and bloodpyre elementals from you deck. Optimal replacemends are incinerate and flame Javelin. Though you might be able to make do with lash outs and puncture blast.

Flame Javelin takes 6 converted mana (whatever that means) to use... Bloodpyre takes 5 total and does 4 damage to creature plus is a 4/1.. I'm not sure how Javelin is better? I did like incinerate though
Additional Comment:
changed quite a bit of the deck around

Flame Javelin is better because if you pay it using only Red mana it only costs 3 mana to play as opposed to 6 mana if you use any other colours.
Some examples using your manabase:
You can play it by tapping 3 Mountains
You can play it by tapping 2 Mountains and 2 Swamps
You can play it by tapping 1 Mountain and 4 Swamps
You can play it by tapping 0 Mountains and 6 Swamps
Hope that helped somewhat.

Yeah actually that did help me understand better. It's 3 mountains or you can use it with other mana but it costs more to do.
Weird thing is the other two MTG forums I've posted on haven't mentioned flame javelin and are applauding me on my creature choices *shrug* I'm just confused now.

Different places with different people so it's to be expected that there would be differing opinions.
I personally like the creature choices but Bloodpyre seems to be a bit too expensive for what it does. I mean you have to sacrifice it to get its effect and that not only loses you board position, it can also only target creatures. Flame Javelin (or Incinerate) in most cases would be cheaper to play and won't lose you any board position and you can choose to deal damage directly to the opponent instead.
Your deck is really good for a first try though, keep it up and you'll get the hang of things in no time.

What I'd really like to do is add 3-4 low mana blockers (2-3 toughness) if I'm going to take out the Bloodpyres... problem is I don't KNOW any

I want you to subtract four Jund Panorama and get yourself a set of Terramorphic Expanse. They do the Panorama's work with less effort and are commons in Time spiral and Tenth Edition.
Flame Javelin costs [2/R][2/R][2/R] to play. This means that for each instance, you can choose to either pay [2] or [R]. Your most optimal route is paying RRR, and your least is paying 6 (Paying 2 three times). It's instant speed opposed to Bloodpyre Elemental (which can only be played on your turn and activated whenever you could play a sorcery) and can hit your opponent in the face for four damage.
You shouldn't be thinking about blockers in an aggro deck. You should be thinking of attackers.
I would add much more burn spells instead. This is what I'd run with a limited budget/card pool. The list has been edited to take Conflux into consideration. Conflux's prerelease is this weekend with its release next week. [CON] tags denote Conflux:
Blightning Beatdown
Land - 22
12 Mountain
6 Swamp
4 Terrarmorphic Expanse
Creature - 22
4 Ashenmoor Gouger
4 Boggart Ram-Gang
4 Goblin Deathraiders
4 Mogg Fanatic
4 Shambling Remains [CON]
Spell - 16
4 Blightning
4 Flame Javelin
4 Incinerate
4 Magma Spray
2 Volcanic Fallout [CON]
Let's start with the lands.
You're not running many black spells in this build so it's best to stick to as little black mana as possible. Your only spells that require black are Goblin Deathraiders, Shambling Remains, and Blightning. Ashenmoor Gouger is a hybrid of red and black so you can ignore its black cost for now. Terramorphic Expanse is here to help you quickly fetch your black mana (or red, if needed). It doesn't cost 1 to activate and it's strictly better than Jund Panorama considering that you'd probably never want to actually tap the Panorama for colorless.
Ashenmoor Gouger is the first uncommon I've added. He runs less than a dollar each. In fact, you could probably pick up the set for fifty cents each at a local or just by looking around. He's a 4/4 for three that can't block. That's fine, because we won't want to be blocking with the Gouger. We want to aim straight for the dome here.
Boggart Ram-Gang is another three-drop uncommon that goes for about the same value as Gouger. He has haste (can attack the turn it comes into play) and wither (deals damage in the form of -1/-1 counters). Haste is good because you can come crashing out the gates turn three with a Ram-Gang. Wither is amazing against your opponent's fatties. If they block with anything higher than a 3/3, that creature gets three -1/-1 counters that stay on at end of turn opposed to damage. This lets you cripple their biggest creatures slowly. It also works well against Kitchen Finks, denying it the ability to Persist.
Goblin Deathraiders stays in here. It's a two-drop for a 3/1 with trample.
Mogg Fanatic is an essential one-drop. It's a common in Tempest, but an uncommon in Tenth Edition. Expect to find him around $1-2 a piece. He's an ideal first-turn play because in play he's essentially already dealt one damage to your opponent. It's just a matter of time until you decide to let it do so. You can block an attacker, and with damage stacked you can use the Fanatic's ability to deal another one damage to either the attacking creature or the opponent.
Shambling Remains is a 4/3 for 1BR in Conflux. It also can't block, but again it's just as good as the Gouger because of its colorless option.
Blightning is essential to the purpose of this deck, so in it stays.
Flame Javelin is one of the best burn spells in Standard at the moment, as I've explained above
Incinerate is a two-mana three-damage instant speed spell that works wonders.
Magma Spray is great against pesky creatures like Mulldrifter, Shriekmaw, Kitchen Finks, and more.
Volcanic Fallout is a 1RR instant from Conflux that can't be countered and deals two damage to each creature and each player. Now, you might be asking: Why would I want to do that? It's simple. First, your only creatures with two toughness or less are the four Mogg Fanatic and four Goblin Deathraiders. Sometimes your deck gets off to a slow start. Other times, your opponent is swarming you with Bitterblossom tokens or small Kithkin. You're going to want a way to get past those, and the best method is with Volcanic Fallout. It can't be countered, wipes their board out at very minimal cost to you, and you still have your big beaters to go in the red zone.
Hope this has been at least somewhat helpful.
