Muk is absolutely underrated. I guess I'll do it.

Muk @ Choice Scarf / Choice Band
Jolly Nature / Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
- Brick Break
- Explosion
- Thunderpunch
- Ice Punch

This is the set I use on Shoddy Battle. Jolly nature and 252 EVs invested in speed only gets it to 218 speed, but with Choice Scarf, it is enough to outspeed lots of things. Thunderpunch and Ice Punch hit a lot of things neutral in the OU meta, and Brick Break hits Steel and Normal types (such as Blissey). Explosion is there for a last ditch attempt. It will be more than enough to ensure a OHKO on a full HP standard Blissey (does around 123.84% - 145.64%).

If you plan on bringing Muk into OU, the Choice Scarf set will simply fail.
Why? Because it's TOP Speed will reach a mere 327; not even enough to outspeed +Speed Base 100ers. IMO, this movesets SCREAMS Adamant Choice Band.

Also note that Brick Break is a FILLER move.
Depending on your team: Rock Slide, Fire Punch, and/or Shadow Sneak can go over Brick Break.

Muk @ Black Sludge
Careful Nature
EVs: 252 HP / 80 Def / 176 SpDef
- Curse
- Gunk Shot / Poison Jab
- Brick Break / Fire Punch / Shadow Punch
- Explosion

Credit goes to Smogon for this set.

If you're not into praying you can use Poison Jab, which is a lot weaker but more reliable. Brick Break is mostly for Tyranitar whereas Fire Punch for most flying Steels, most notably Bronzong who will be smirking at this set. Speaking of smirks, Gengar will haunt Muk when he's not using Shadow Punch, so that's an option as well. Really, all elemental punches work in that slot. Ice Punch is your only hope against Garchomp and Gliscor and Thunderpunch helps a ton against Gyarados, while tying Fire Punch in power against the feared Skarmory. Of course, the grand finale is an Explosion boosted by Curse. You could use Rest, but Muk's weaknesses rarely let him get away with that.
There are other options on Muk. Maybe you could try a Special Set with Fire Blast, Gunk Shot, Toxic, and Thunder with Wide Lens, but I don't suggest so because a base stat of 65 is not going to get you anywhere good (but Gunk Shot is physical, I believe, so maybe you could get away with Gunk Shot). Focus Punch can also be used if you are good at predicting. Shadow Sneak is also a very good option for fragile Psychic such as Alakazam who tries to take advantage of Muk's weakness. You could also joke around with Thief and Sticky Hold, but it won't really help you much.
