Swellow, then.

Swellow@Flame Orb
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
Evs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4HP
-Brave Bird
-Protect / Endeavor
-Facade
-U-Turn / Endeavor

Phoenix set. Some risk not having protect.
In that case, you can put Quick Attack or Pursuit, but it's not really worth it.

If you opt for Endeavor, use it as a Last Ditch shot (much like Explosion OR HyperBeam on PorygonZ.
If you replace U-Turn for it, you'll lose versatility.
If you replace Protect for it, it Will pay off in the long run....however, your chances of GETTING to that long run are reduced.

Swellow@Choice Band
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
Evs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4HP
- Brave Bird
- Pursuit
- Return/Facade
- U Turn

Probably. Facade is for switching into status moves.

Swellow@Choice Band
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4HP
- Brave Bird
- Facade
- Sleep Talk
- U Turn/Pursuit/Quick Attack

This set is for switching Swellow into status moves.
Sleep Talk is to cover sleep, but note that it doesn't work with Facade.
Facade is over Return to absorb Paralyze/Poison/Burn.

It could work nicely, with Hypnosis being more common and Sing seeing play.
Last move is more of a filler.

Swellow@Leftovers
Ability: Guts
Nature: Adamant / Jolly
Evs: 252 Attack 252 Speed 4HP
- Rest
- Sleep Talk
- Brave Bird
- Return

Guts-talk. Not much to say here.
No Facade as it doesn't work with Sleep, to my dismay.

Swellow@Salac Berry
Ability: Guts
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack / 252 Speed / 4HP
- Substitute
- Endeavor
- Aerial Ace
- Baton Pass

This is a set I've heard of, so I by no means take credit on thinking about it.
Basically, sub until berry activates, and then baton pass it.

You then can use Endeavor effectively.

I put Salac, but you can use whatever one you want.

Baton Pass is a move from that XD game.

While Steel Wing is an option on some sets, it only hits Rock type,
which I prefer to U Turn over.
