- Energy Ball / Grass Knot / Giga Drain

This is the sweeper varaint. Simple and effective.
The SPEED Evs allow it to outspeed Adamant ScarfChomp.

And just so you know, I have confirmed that Swift Swim indeed does DOUBLE your Speed while it's raining.

And this is the Staller.
The Evs attempt to make it an "omni" wall.
More likely than not, you'll want to focus on walling one type of attack (physical or special).
I'm honestly also considering NOT using Rain Dance on it since it's pretty pointless aside from allowing you to recover 1/16 more HP due to RAIN DISH.

Protect would already do that...on top of adding more recovery from Leech Seed....and dealing more damage from Toxic.....and all the other nifty features it's known for.

Top it all off with Substitute for a "full recovery" (w/ Rain Dish), or attack away with Surf.

Weird indeed. Protect if you take Toxic and vice-versa, probably.
Sub-seeding works, but you wouldn't want to put such emphasis on HP in that case.
