Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Effect Spore
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb
- Mach Punch

Breloom...the Kangaroo with a Mushroom on it's head.
Anyways, this version makes for an excellent Lead.
You'll be able to endure any hit with Focus Sash and Spore the opponent (a.k.a. Guaranteed Sleep Status).

After that, Focus Punch the switch and go from there.
Seed Bomb is simply there as an option to be able to hit the things that resist Fighting attacks.
Mach Punch is to KO Weaviles / TTars (though watch out for Sandstream ruining Focus Sash).

Breloom @ Toxic Orb
Ability: Poison Heal
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Spore
- Focus Punch
- Seed Bomb / Stone Edge / Leech Seed
- Substitute / Protect

Basically, the point is to abuse Poison Heal and "guarantee" Focus Punches due to Spore and Substitute.
The 3rd move is up for grabs:

- Seed Bomb is STAB, but makes you totally useless against the likes of Gengar (assuming Breloom is OU) if you've already put something to sleep beforehand.

- Stone Edge is also available. It can easilly cripple Salamence and Gyarados (even after Intimidate)....but will only work if you catch them on the switch.

- Leech Seed gives you the oh so lovable SubSeed combo...but with SPORE as well . The problem with Leech Seed though is that you won't have any way to actually hurt Ghosts directly.

- Protect [Credit to Kirean616]: If you feel Spore + Substitute is overkill in getting to use that Focus Punch, Protect is always a viable option.
Protect can allow you to do quite a few things:
1) Activiate Toxic Orb (which would allow you to regain 1/8 of your HP back every turn AND make Breloom a Status Absorber)
2) Scout for Choice Band/Specs/Scarf Users
3) Gain back even move HP via Poison Heal

Furthermore, even though it can Spore, I feel it's way too slow to SubSeed in DP thanks to Choice Specs, Life Orb, and Choice Scarf being rampant on many Pokemon.
This version is pretty trick to bring in, but once it can get going with Spore, the fun can really begin.
