Inflicts Status with Sing / Thunder Wave.
Holds the fearsome BoltBeam.
If you have taken care of your opponent's Physical Sweepers / Mixed Sweepers that are a threat to Blissey, then Charge Beam can allow for an amazing Sweep.
If you choose Seismic Toss, you're guaranteed to score atleat 100 Damage points per use (except vs. Ghost PKMN).
For that 2nd attack, pick your poison.
NOTE: Toxic Stall Blissey Will NOT WORK!!!!!!!!
