Adamant Choice Scarf, or Jolly Choice Band are the prefered options, but Jolly Scarf can work to beat those pokes that sit at 270 spd just to beat Adamant Cross, but the lack of attack power by using Jolly over Adamant is usually not recommended.

Swords Dance/Reversal/Endure/Shadow Claw is probably the most effective set, Lucario does this better however with an immunity to Sandstorm, and Crunch instead of Shadow Claw.

Basically, in an attempt to make a more effective Sleep Talker, I opted to give Heracross Muscle Band over the traditional Choice Band (/ Scarf).
From what I've seen, it totally surprises the opponent and forces them to think even harder since they know you won't switch out after the first Sleep Talk.
Night Slash or Stone Edge depends on the rest of the team (though I have been using Stone Edge).
Furthermore, I prefer Jolly since most people usually send in PKMN expecting it to be Adamant (take THAT SpecsLuke ).

And I reserve Blaziken.
