Arcanine @ Choice Band / Choice Scarf
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Flare Blitz
- ThunderFang
- ExtremeSpeed
- Body Slam / Crunch

Pretty straightforward. FBlitz is the primary attack...doing A LOT after STAB and CB....basically, almost as strong as a JumpMence Draco Meteor, but without the diminishing power.
TFang for Waters.
ExtremeSpeed is like an "Ace in the hole".
Body Slam is for the Band set as Paralysis can help make up for that Base 95 Speed / Adamant Nature; while Crunch provides more coverage with Scarf in the event your HP is too low to use FBlitz again.

Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 Sp.ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Will-O-Wisp
- Flamethrower / Fire Blast
- Dragon Pulse
- Substitute

I felt this was an obligatory mention seeing as how Dragon + Fire attacks have no resistances (except Heatran). Anyways, WoW + Intimidate cover him on the Physical Front, so it's better than nothing. Flamethrower/FBlast + DPulse provide a fair attack Range.
Sub is basically Filler.

Basically, you annoy the crap out of them with Flame Orb. Obviously, it would be completely stupid if you used Switcheroo on a Heracross, but it could wreck Pokemon that are item dependent (none come to mind for now). So it's pretty much an annoyer.

Wace: I like your first one better. Your second one is a bit weak, because I think Rapidash would be better utilizing it's decent Atk instead of it's Sp. Atk. I think Rapidash could hold Focus Sash if you want it to be your starter, otherwise Leftovers, so that it can regain some lost life from Flare Blitz.

I hate Lopunny with a passion.
Why, cause it can't really do anything aside from item switching.
I prefer Fake Out to Fling though cause it allows you to atleast guage what your opponent was planning....and it gets STAB.

Regarding Rapidash:
The second one is basically for fun.
And the reason I opted for Life Orb was because Rapidash isn't exactly going to be able to take a hit, so why let it recover?
