He doesn't have alot of options as a SpAtker.

Anyways, this guy has only a few things going for it that other Fire-Types don't.

Typhlosion @ Petaya Berry / Salac Berry
Nature: Timid / Modest
Evs: 252 Sp.ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Flamethrower
- Overheat
- Sunny Day
- Substitute / Endure

Make Sure it's HP is divisible by 4.
Now, I understand that his only attacking type is FIRE, but understand the strategy:
His attacks (if done properly) will receive:
STAB
Petaya Boost
Sunny Day Boost
Blaze Boost

I've done the Math. It's Overheat after all that will do 81-95% damage to a Standard Blissey. That should be more than enough to guage how strong this thing can potentially get.

If that doesn't float your boat, try this:

Typhlosion @ Choice Scarf
Nature: Modest
Evs: 252 Sp.ATK / 252 Speed / 4 HP
- Eruption
- Overheat
- Flamethrower / Lava Plume
- Focus Blast

Now, this may seem Ugly on the surface with 3 Freakin Fire attacks and all....but that's actually all it can really do (the way I see it).

Basically, the main strategy is to outspeed your opponent and hit it with a Full Power STAB Eruption. If that fails, rely on Overheat or the other 2 fire attacks.
Flamethrower does more damage, while LP can potentially help out your whole team.
Focus Blast is for obvious reasons.
