Ok recently I was playing a friend his B&B Vs. my TT so everything was going good till he team attacks with garth,dove and hawk he had no tim drake on the field so I stun garth(duh!) he activates TTG and he goes and recovers garth from being stunned and I was like you can't do that and he's like and why not so I say just becouse...yuo can't
So who was right and if you now why is it that way

TTG is just lke cosmic radiation. They only ready exhausted characters. If a character is stunned only a card that says recover on it can be used. These say ready character(s) not recover. A stunned character has to be recovered before he can be readied.

That's right. If Garth were stunned, he would not ready or recover via Teen Titans Go!.
