How do you get Surfing Pika? I know it has something to do with Stadium..

I always wondered how to do this. Iseen an image of this somewhere but i never knew how to do it. I know it has some link to the guy that is eating hamburgers or something like that.

Really? i would picture pikachu learning surf as in "Surfing Pikachu"

Yeah, in red and blue it can learn surf, it's kinda of standard set with surf for Raichu for those annoying ground and rocks

actually, the Surfing Raichus are just Surfing Pikachus that evolved.

I loved the surfing pikachu game. I just wish that i could still play it.(my yellow resets after about 8 hours, so i can't play again, even though i have the pikachu still(sharked)
