Gameboy player for GC, and rhyhorn evolution question...

First off, does anyone have a gameboy player for there gamecube. I bought one recently because it was on sale. Doesn't it make the pokemon games more fun to paly with larger graphics?

Also, when does rhyhorn evolve? At level 40 is it? I am trying to evolve all my pokemon. :D
