How do you learn Blast Burn. Hydro Cannon, Frenzy Plant and other else??

Those moves are learnable in Fr/Lg by Charizard, Blastoise, and Venasuar. They are taught by a lady on one of the island. Icicle Spear is learned by Sheldar,and Volt tackle by Pichu through breeding (i think).

For the special starter pokemon moves, go to Island two and see the lady in the house by the waterfall. Have your starter in the lead position.
