Hey, I need some help with my team. I just got my Wailord, Salamance and Gardevoir to lv 100 and the rest are like in the 70's and i'm training them. Wailord has some awesome hp but just about everything else about it is not so great.

Wailord@chesto berry
Surf
Rest
Earthquake
Ice Beam
~MILD nature
HP-506
Attack-233
Defense-135
Sp.Attack-207
Sp.Def-130
Speed-170

The rest of my team is...

Ninetales@leftovers
Roar
WoW
Confuse Ray (can you find me a replacement move?)
Flamethrower

Breloom@leftovers
Spore
Focus Punch
Giga Drain
Leech Seed

Raichu@Ganlon Berry
Attract
Thunderbolt
Light Screen
Brick Break

Salamence@undecided
Fly
Dragon Claw
Earthquake
Flamethrower

Gardevoir@chesto
REst
Psychic
Thunderbolt
Calm Mind

Wailord is my main concern. But I'll accept suggestions on the other stuff. I have a level 72 Rash Agron that can learn just about any special attack so if you think i should get rid of ninetales, put that Agron in, teach it surf/ice beam, i could change Wailord into an annoyer with Dive/Toxic, but anywayz, enough talking, thank you.

Aggron has very bad speical attack, and confuse ray is one of the best attacks. Except for its ability, aggron isn't very good.

counter over giga drain on breloom
confose ray is good-keep it
salamenc eis good as a special sweeper or a phisical sweeper.you've got 2 sp and 2 phis attacks
t-wave over BB on raichu
otherwise you're team is fair...

thank you for the advice. My Raichu's attack is pretty high and Brick Break (even though it doesn't get STAB) is pretty powerful. plus, the opponents that attack it usually get paralyzed anywayz due to Static, but dou you think i should make wailord an annoyer (which i think it has good potential to it's huge hp)?

what set would you use for an annoyer?

That is quite wrong. Rest+Sleep Talk on a pokemon with such massive hp as Wailord will be quite beneficial. He will keep pounding away while while an attached leftovers restored a good amount of hp. Wailord can fight a very long time with this in place.

Rest and sleep talk can be awesome, especially if you have lefties too, as meb9000 posted.

IF you are already using lefties for a different pokemon, you can consider giving your wailord Fissure, the OHKO move, and let it hold a leppa berry.

Ever get OHKOed? Then you know how annoying it is.

Got Fissure?

Gamefreak was pwning everyoneon netbattle when it first came out with a Wailord... they forgot to program in the power of Water Spout going down with your HP... so he was doing 150 damage + STAB everyturn!...

I didnt think of that, great idea!

but remember that Wailord needs to have Defense and SpDefense EVs more than HP...
