Action Replay Stuff

Hey I just got an Action Replay a couple of hours ago and I must say I'm hooked. The thing is incredible; I've never seen anything like it. But I just have one question: is it possible to get the ?? Pokemon with it, and how can you?

I've had an AR for a long time, and I haven't seen any codes that allow you to encounter those two pokemon

In the manual it says something about new codes on codejunkies.com. I'll have to check that out.

Do you have AR Version 3? If so, that version is old, thus those codes aren't new at all
