...how Vegeta got that widow's peak?
As a kid he had normal bangs, but as an adult they're gone and he has that afore-mentioned widow's peak, sometimes of which is freakishly high..

i think its just something about japanese. cause its not localized to vejita, i've seen it in many other series and mangas: most of the people being the same type of bad-ass characters as vejita is. coincidence? probably not.

Just like bad guys with white hair, common trait that many writers stick to, but not always.

I remember Vegrot mentioning in another topic that he once saw a rough sketch of Chibi Vegeta by AT and he had the same widow's peak - no bangs... obviously a mistake by Toei since AT hadn't yet mentioned in the manga regarding that thing about full-saiyans' hair, at the time they made the Bardock special and that Freeza saga filler flashback scene.
To add what majin buu said - as you see, Taopaipai, Raditz, plus some others, had that "receiting hairline" aswell. i think Nappa prolly did too when he still had hair...

Nappa had hair in Bardock: The Father of Goku.

Gotcha. And I just realized something. I forgot that it wouldn't matter if Veg had bangs in the Bardock special, cause of that not having been a part of the manga and all. >.<
I so have the memory of a dead elephant...
Thanks for all the replies though

Its weird, not that Vegeta has a "Widows peak", but that Nappa and Vegeta hair styles change at one point. But a full blooded saiyans hair is sapposed to stay the same way their entire life

I've always thought since Vegeta has gotten older that his hair began to recede bringing on his 'widows peak'.
