Maybe you can try some search engine besides PoD, try gadgets?

yeah i tried them out but i like this style a bit more

alanisnotcool i think its a bit situational and whenever you get a dark you wanna keep it but ill try it out

royal probe thanks i wanted to fit the shrink in but couldnt find room because i feel like gorz is super important in this deck because it loses hand advantage fast and you need to recover plus it stops those OTKS

Sorry for being really nasty and not posting any real specific help toward your deck, but a friend of mine did really well in the side events with his Anti Meta deck at YCS Anaheim, maybe you can draw some ideas from it, ill post the link below. I don't think the drawing part is too big of a deal as long as you just play smartly.

I guess you rarely run out of set s/t so that Gorz isn't really neccesary. The only card you have to fear is Giant Trunade (and maybe Disaster) and mostly you have Pachy oder Rai-Oh on the field, so you won't get a direct attack.

that looks like a pretty good build but the 2nd dyna and doomcals are too good not to play

Additional Comment:

yeah i guess but it really is amazing for that Last Resort and its bin working out amazing for me

-2 Smashing Grounds (Only good card in a gadget build, plus with 12 traps your opponent will barely have anything out)
-1 Gorz (There's better options and once again with 12 traps he becomes more situational. see below)

+1 Spirit Reaper (Control your opponents hand or defend yourself until you can get something good)
+1 Tragoedia (Better then Gorz in this deck and can evade oppression)
+2 Forbidden Lance (Better then Smashing Ground IMO, either protect your monster or take down one of your opponents big monsters)

Other anti-meta options:
Breaker
Effect Veiler
Fiendish Chain
Dismensional Fissure/Macro Cosmos
Anarchist Monk
Monarch Varients
Honest
Compulsory Evacuation Device
Forbidden Chalice
Snowman Eater

And yeah that's about all I can think of. Hope it helps.

I would try and find space for Compulsory Evacuation Device.
I would also side Mind Crush in favor of Trap Dustshoot, and bring in Mind Crush game 2.

i could try it out but u need as many outs to shi en as possible

yeah that sounds pretty solid but i prefer banisher in the side over d fissure

I prefer the fissure because you can go into it first turn and still set up a doomcal or tking. Player preference though.
