I'd say get either FR or LG if you know the older games and want the same Pokemon, but if you want another 100 or so Pokemon, get these games. OR, you can get both and have all of the Pokemon:D

oh i already own FR but not LG but their basiclly the same thing i heard so no point in getting both

Just the different exclusive pokemon. Unless you plan on using a cheating device to obtain the Lg exclusives

i prefer pokemon games over star wars but ive heard KOTOR is good even if you dont like Star Wars

I haven't played Star Wars, so I can't give you a reliable decision. Go to Gamefaqs and check out the reviews of both games

I think instead of getting Sapphire(which I think it the best pokemon game made) you should wait until Emerald comes out,(which I think will be even better then Sapph) because it has alot of new additions. OOOO I am getting all excited just thinking about it!

No, it's impossible to link/trade between Gold/Silver and Ru/Sa
