If there are dual tupe pokemons, why are there no dual type attacks??
For example, Acid Rain type Wa/Po
I just hope Game Freak will add dual type attacks on future pokemon games
Whatya think???

that would make it a lot more confusing in battle, plus if you got the right type, you could get x16, which really would not be good. that's a pretty interesting idea, though

Ye for example

Cloyster uses Hydro Ice (type Ic/Wa)
to Golem so thats

3x16x2(Critical)= x96 damage. That is powerful.....

Or Aerodactly uses SandTornado
to Tropius so thats also

x48 dmage.

Hmmm...... would Game Freak add dual type moves??

Simply put, no.

They are stoned enough already, thinking up another 100 or so Pokemon(Pearl/Diamond). Lots'o'Damage

Duel type attack will be too complicated and confusing....

So I doubt Game Freak would add it in future Pokemon games....

No... just no. Once again, too complicated. Don't get your hopes up

OK. then there are no dual type attacks, no triple types...
Then what bout combos?
Like rain dance->smog->poison gas->acid= Acid Rain

or

Hail->Water Gun->Ice Beam->Hydro Pump->Hydro Frost

or

Earthquake->Overheat->Rock Slide->Heat Wave->Arrmagedon..

whatdoyou think of that guys..

that would be what you use to max your contest points. not good for battle

i've seen the exact same topic at serebi message board.
Anyways- its a interestin idea but it would be too confusing. Posion attacks don't affect steel. Water does- that would make ur move kinda hard to use.

Just imagine a Rock/Water/Fire type

I think what they should do is make it so using certain attack after another makes it more effective... for exemple using ice beam after surf makes it easier to freeze the opponent, since the opponent is soaked.

Adding the ability to combos attack, even in single battle, would add a whole strategic dimension to battling, especially if they don'T give you message during battle but you just learn those things from people and you have to learn those combos by yourself...kinda like Program Advance in the Megaman Battle NEtwork serie if you wish.

I agree with you. Yeh if you add some "scientific thingy" that would be fun. Like if you use ember and use smoq it could be "Pyroxplosion"
