Rare pokemon?

how do you get to Regice? i know the pattern on the wall says "Stop and wait.Wait for time to pass twice." but what the heck does that mean? i've already got both regirock and registeel but regice has too difficult a riddle. and what about the deoxy's? do they even appear in the game without a gameshark or sending it somewhere?and how do you get to Mirage island, so many questions...

It means for you to stop and wait for two minutes

Deoxys can be traded to Ru/Sa from Fr/Lg. Other than that, you must Shark one/use an AR

Chimecho is hard to find. Where is it even located? I haven't met one yet. =/

Chimecho is at the Summit of Mount Pyre (where you get your version's respective Orb). He's rare, but not THAT rare.

As for the rarest non-legend, that'd be Feebas.

I thought chimeco's apearance rate was around the same as relincanth. It took around 45 minutes to find each.

i know it has to do with HM moves strength and fly but what do do exactly?

I think the strength one is from where you are standing(when you walk up to the braile), walk down 2 and right 2 and use strength, The fly one is stand in the middle of the room and use fly.

Just use the alphabet in that one room to translate all of the messages.

The thing is, if you are catching pokemon to be on your team, feebas is much easier to get than say chimeco since multiple feebas are easily found once you find the right spot whereas chimeco takes a while yet again. If you are looking for specific natures, feebas isn't too bad.

ok chimecho has a 2% chance of being found on the summit of mount pyre and feebas has a 75% chance of being found in 1 of the 6 squares but if you use sweet scent it raises it to like 7% or something but for the hardest to find pokemon thats not uber or rare would be skitty has a 2% chance of being found on the right of rustboro and it doesent rise

It took you 2 hours???? i searched maybe 30 min.... i musta gotten lucky....I caught like 16 of em:D And Chimecho isn't too rare... he's as rare as a spinerak in LG/FR, but thats gettin off topic so i won't continue....

I think you might be wrong on that..... If you watch TV, there will be Skitty outbreaks, so the % has to rise then. But otherwise, yes; it is probably incredibly hard to find them.
