First, i dont get y u sed pidgeot and especially as a starter. Try something fast or someone who has very little weaknesses. I like using Jolteon, or u can use electrode or zapdos. I think Zapdos would be good in ur team.

*u can change reflect to something else if u want, but zapdos wasnt suppose to go against rock/ground types. u might think about using rest, but i usually like to have other attacks that boost my own stats when using it. just always TWAVE first.

Gyarados is strong and could work. i would use something else because it can only attack and has a weak special and defense. i would use lapras or starmie here, but ur gyarados is alright still.

nothng wrong w/ ur alakazam. seems perfect to me.

ur rhydon is good but im not too sure about substitute. u should think abvotu thunderbolt here. its just an attacker, and isnt expected to last too long in battle

exeggutor is one of my favorites. i went w/ it for a long time then i switched to venusaur. first dont put stun spore AND sleep. and mega drain is still weak unless use it against a rhydon or golem, but y would they leave it against ur exeggutor?

its a little risky but, u use sleep powder then leech seed. you rest up and then psychic when needed. it worked well for me 8/10 times, but when it does i was screwed! Just think ahead on what ur opponent will do!

Im not a big fan on rk9. i like using ninetales more!! but even so i dont use her. if u have red then use rk9. otherwise i would switch to 9tales.

rk9 is stronger, but 9tales can use confuse ray and its always a plus when u can use that. just confuse and fire away.
