OCG players have those kinds of designed sleeves, TCG it's usually just plain old Ultra Pro or Player's Choice.

Your locals, though there's a good chance they won't have Yugioh sized sleeves, just the standard ones for Pokemon and whatnot.

Toys R Us has the official Konami ones with Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon, or Majestic Star Dragon printed on them. Otherwise don't bother with the big brand stores as they're very unlikely to have them, especially in the right size, if anything they might just have the crappy low quality penny sleeves in standard size.

If you want the good quality Yugioh sized sleeves that everyone uses then you have to buy them online or from the vendors at your Regionals.

Actually, he wasn't using a single sleeve, but rather multiple sleeves. Japanese players tend to sleeve their decks up to 4-5 times. So from the looks of it he has a general pink sleeve, then sleeved with a magic sized sleeve, followed by "character sleeve protector" which a sleeve larger than Magic sleeves.

Some hobby shops sell them, at my locals they have some that have a flower frame around that is silver, though they say they are not allowed to use them in tournament because they can be seen through pretty easily, as stated above it looks like its a sleeve on another sleeve, something japanese players do often.

Personally I want those really small clear sleeves they use that go into yugioh sized sleeves.

any links for some of those sleeves you guys are mentioning? i just know the ultra pro and the players choice, but i might start double sleeving, i buy pricey reprints, and id like to give them a little more protection, any rule against double sleeving at tournies?

Actually double sleeving is |Illegal here in tournaments due to marked cards.

Double sleeving is almost always illegal in tournaments due to the ease of which you can manipulate the sleeves to "mark" your cards.

Extra deck is fine to double sleeve though since it's never shuffled. I double sleeve my extra deck.

Well, In my locals, the Judge really liked, when we double sleeved our decks. And few Cyber OTK players had their Chimeratech Overdragon in a cool looking sleeve.
He sided in 3 Success_Probability 0% and alweys knew, where is Chimeratech.

It was few years back, but I still remember it :D
