Are the Spanish version of the cards worth as much as the English ones?

Nope.
I had a Spanish Ultra LOB Monster Reborn, and was siked.
I saw it go for $5.
It may have been just my case, but IDK.

In some places they're worth more, in others they're equal, and in a few areas they're worth less.
Depends on the location and player opinion.

spanish cards are still foreign so are easy tradebait and worth a bit more than its english counterpart, though it is the easiest available foreign card in the US, since some stores do sell spanish packs/boxes. some people do not want spanish cards because it is sometimes available around the area, but you will find players wanting them. depends on which card as well. I have a portguese Mirror Force 1/e mint, so I can probably get rid of it for quite an amount since it is a highly sought out, foreign, and is gem mint considering it is such an old card.
