with brd at three i dont want to see e tele at 2, i mean tele mindmaster, lvl 4 monster= kaboom. if brd was at 1 then i dont see the problem, i mean Krebons is a decent level 2 tuner, so if brd goes to 1 again then yes to e tele at 2.

Use Mind Master and Brain Research Lab or w/e to pitch Gust to your grave and then bring out calm, silent gusta, recycle Gusta monsters Back into your deck to draw.

You can do this infinitely till you draw into exodia.

use Teleport, Brain Research Lab or Emergency Teleport to summon Mind Master and another psychic to the field. use Mind Master's effect to send as many level 2 or lower psychic monsters as you can to the graveyard ending with Mind Master and a level four psychic (Pandaborg is the best option). After that Synchro for Magical Android and activate Telekinetic Power Well to summon Mind Master and 3 other psychics (include Psychic Jumper just encase for an instant Synchro.(Warning this can change the game plan drastically), use Mind Master's effect for another 3+ times to summon Psychic Snail, Pandaborg and Psychic Commander to Synchro for Thought Ruler Archfiend and Magical Android. if luck may shine on you, use your second Telekinetic Power Well and summon of course, Mind Master and two other psychics. We're not done though. Before the battle phase use Mind Master's effect on your left over Pandaborg to either get Power Injector or Reinforced Human Psychic Borg(best option) to make your beatsticks into baseball bats. After using Snails effect on Power Injector/Psychic Borg, Magical Android, and Thought Ruler Archfiend.

dump all your lv 2 and below psychics then sync for lv 5. Revive Mind Master and the other stuff you dumped Summon random stuff and attack for >8000 damage

Granted they're much sower at it. First time I played them in new format, I went 1-1 with spellcasters before I had to leave b4 we could play 3rd round.

its not an OTK its an FTK, only needs 3 cards and the lab is searchable via Terraforming.

No, Exodia. Psychics don't have their own Ronintoadin to my knowledge. If they did, they'd just have two different otks.
