Delete waterfall off Kyogre and reteach the freak Calm Mind. Give it Leftovers.

Double kick appears to be filler give it a rock or normal attack.

Aggron's SpecAttck is crud. Give it a fighting move. Maybe Brick Break. Or EQ. Rock slide would be decent though.

altaria... Meh. ditch it for a Crobat.

you should train a ghost type pokemon
