Ok I bought six packs so that costed me 20 bucks heres my pull for rares:

Cranial Extraction
Kodama of the North Tree
Azami lady of scrolls
Keiga, Tide Star
Reweave
General's Kabuto

Which one would see casual tournament play in type 1?

Type 1? Out of those, Extraction probably has the highest probability of seeing play there. Though I doubt even that will see play. If I'm wrong, sue me. Just my opinion.

Cranial Extraction is the only thing you would want to play out of that stuff. The rest *cough*Keiga*cough* are good trade-bait though.

are you bragging about your rare pull, or the price you paid. If your Bragging about the price, I have you beat. I went to a mall in Rochester NY, while I was at the McQuide X-C Invitational, and the packs there were only $3 each. With tax the total for 6 Packs was about $18.50. :P

FMC prices:

Cranial Extraction: $15.85
North Kodama: $3.73
Azami: $2.22
Keiga: $5.22
Reweave: $1.53
Kabuto: $1.96

I'd say you got your money's worth, that's $30.51, so you made $10.51. =/

Extraction will see singles/doubles in T1 sideboards for Landstill, 4CC (Extract Angel), and Gorger-Combo.

The best pull so far was pulling a ton of good reprinted rares put of 7th Edition. That was fun.

How Can I use cranial in a good way in a black deck?

you mean just the one cranial you use it if its good enough to stay in main deck. if you play with sideboards a lot then it works really nicely in there.

If you know what cards to name then its really good. if your just guessing then you can make the card really suck.

in this current T2 season in Mono-Black-Control decks you should be using it for opponents artifacts which can be harder for black to deal with on its own. or enchantments if they are a concern.

what makes it good is it goes up against any deck you could play against. and prevent threats from ever hitting the table.

EDIT:And I have you all beat in the category of lowest prices.

Question: Why are you advertising your H/W here...? Go post in the Trading Forums and stop bragging.

Also, concerning Cranial Extract, the best way to use it is Splash Black in a Control Deck or something. Side Boarding it against combo decks and if you're lucky, possibly pulling it off against Affinity to worry about 1 less broken card. Hell, if you're lucky, you might yank thier win condition away. In other words, at least SB it.
