hmmm, im gonna work on the trainers, and make this deck modified legal. first off, say good bye to the removal cards. secondly, get rid of the pokeballs (ceilos networ pwns it). it dosent make any sense whatsoever to use VS seeker is you only have 2 supporters, so im totally upping the count for that.
Add in 4 oaks researches, and 3 TV Reporters, and 3 Stevens Advices to replace the removals and pokeballs.
This next piece of advice is jsut my opinon, but id take out life herb (IMO, garbage) and a potion for 3 rare candys. also, you might want to try using mewtwo ex instead of mime ex, cinsodering of the many ways to adjust the amount of damage done. and finally, take out an energy or two for 2 stadium cards (your choice) to help prevent your gengars from being hurt via desert ruins.

If you're facing Magma Decks, WATCH OUT FOR CLAYDOL--I assume you know why.
That said, this is nicely built mono-Psychic deck.
If Pokémon-ex are running rampant and giving you problems, I suggest adding in one or two Wobbuffet. I would take out a Haunter--its power is weird. (useful only for getting rid of Paralysis/Sleep so you can retreat)
Exeggutor is a REALLY NICE card....Both attacks are utterly phenomenal. Increase that line to 4/3.
Mr. Mime ex is great, as well. I agree with Kris's suggestion to add in Mewtwo ex--you might want to take one out--I'd remove odds so that Blaze ex can't V. Ash you. This also helps put out Rayquaza ex (As it does 40, 80, 120, 160, 180...)
With all these Pokémon-ex, Celio's Network is hard to use. Two is a good amount.
TV Reporter aids in powering up M2X. If you go second, you can be delivering a turn 2 60 beatdown. (Attach, TV Reporter a Psychic, Absorb, attach, Psyburn)
I assume your Energy Removals were ER2s. These can be good against some decks. (My Magma Bane deck uses them to get rid of Darkness Energies) However, against most decks, it's not worth it. Especially if your opponent is running Firestarter Blaziken or TM's Camerupt. So remove all 4. I also think Energy Search is a waste of a slot--you're better off adding another Energy or Energy Recycle System. So that's what I'll do..
I like Life Herb, but again, the abundance of ex's means that only Exeggutor will really get some use out of it. I'll leave in the 2 copies for your Good Egg.
Now for a list:
Take Out....15 cards
2 Haunter
1 Gastly
1 Mr. Mime ex (Odds)
4 Energy Removal 2
4 Energy Search
2 Poké Ball
1 VS Seeker (optional)
Add in...15 cards
2 Mewtwo ex
1 Exeggcute
1 Exeggutor
2 Energy Recycle System
2 Steven's Advice
2 Magnetic Storm
1 Mt. Moon
3 TV Reporter
1 Wobbuffet (if you take out VS Seeker)
This allows you to get cards a bit more quickly. (If you need more Speed, employ more Steven, Oak's Research, etc.) However, I feel Exeggutor's Psycho Exchange (1st Attack) accomplishes this goal.
Remember that with Mewtwo ex, you WANT the energy in the discard pile. So don't use ERS if Mewtwo ex can utilize that energy.
Magnetic Storm and Mt. Moon get rid of resistance and stop those annoying Poké-Powers respectively, but they also get rid of Desert Ruins--pivotal for Mewtwo and Gengar's survival.
-Kooper, who thinks this deck could be pretty good!

I would assume he means Energy Removal 2 and not ER from Base.
