Should I get chain destruction?

My friend uses a machina mayhem deck and always swarms the field with Machina Fortress and its getting annoying, I plan on using Chain Destruction to get rid of them all and crush them with my Disaster dragons, is it a good idea?

nah Chain Destruction only destroys monsters from their deck and hand so your not killing the Machina Fortress on the field and you can't even kill Machina Fortress in their deck since you can only use it on monsters with 2000 atk or less
