Yes Kazejin, I just wanted to know if his effect happens before or after Honest? I know it happens the same time Kuriboh does if that helps.

This effect is used during damage calculation, which is the last possible time to activate Honest.
If Kazejin's effect is chain link 1, the opposing monster will have 0 ATK.
If Honest's effect is chain link 1, the opposing monster will have equal ATK to Kazejin.
If Honest was used during an earlier part of the damage step, then the opposing monster will have 0 ATK.

You can use the effect of this card even if it is face-down when it is attacked because its effect is activated during the Damage Step, and it will be face-up at that point.
I intrepret the above as an effect that activates during Damage Calculations.
As Turn player, you can activate your effect first, with priority. If your opponent chains Honest, Honest will resolve first; and then Kajezin will resolve setting the attack to zero.

I see, so theoretically, my opponent could call priority and use their Honest first and their monsters ATK would be equal to Kazejins. Interesting, well, thank you! :)

Actually it says "Reduce the ATK of an opponent's monster attacking this card to 0.", so I don't think you can use it durring your turn.
