1. Opponent sends Jinzo returner to the grave, special summons Jinzo, attacks with Cyber Dragon activates Limiter Removal during damage step, attack goes thru then attacks with Jinzo, I activate Book of Moon and flip Jinzo face down... will the Jinzo still be destroyed either by Limiter Removal or Jinzo returner's effect?

2. Is Level Eater's special summoning effect a seperate effect? I mean, do you HAVE TO special summon him if you activate the level modifying effect?

3. Also, can you activate Level Eater's effect level modifying effect more than once per turn?

1. Nope, even if it's flipped back face-up.

2. It's a single effect. You can't do just part of it. (It, in effect, "steals" that monster's level to revive itself, a Level 1 monster. But that's from a flavor perspective.)

3. If it goes back to the Graveyard and you want to Special Summon it again, yes.
