i was at a website and i saw a cheat saying that if you win advance, on budokai, with every person in the game, including gt.saiyaman, you get ssj3 for goku. is this true or not.

It's a lie. I've heard something like that before and it's definitely not true

Yep and saves you the time of completing the Advanced tournament with every character, only to be disappointed when you don't get ssj3 Goku. When I first heard it, I thought it was true and attempted to try it. But then some site revealed that cheat is a fake
