The tin also contains a pack of 3 Yusei cards that have been released before and are being offered as foils for the first time.
And the tin comes in 3 variations for 3 different stores, so that's a total of 9 cards that are getting blinged.
This is in addition to the 1 copy of Starlight Road (secret rare) in each tin.

We dunno what they are yet.
Ultra Junk Synchron is practically guaranteed, though. Hoping for Ultra Debris Dragon and Ultra One for One as well, but you can never tell with Konami...

Its amazing.. It seriously is an amazing card. It has no cost, it allows you to over extend, and it throws in a free stardust for the hell of it.
Me is getting 3 of these beasts.
And with this card, SD/AM decks could move up a couple of tiers..

yep, it is JD protection, Heavy Storm protection, Lightning vortex protection, etc.
pretty versatile considering that almost all decks use cards that destroy more than two targets
the only bad part is if you tribute stardust dragon, it wont revive (i think).

Most decks try and get as many + as possible, like heavy storm.
So it still works.

Junk Synchron will obviously be holoed in the tin...it's Yusei's trademark card...and maybe Speed Warrior too.....well that's what I think...

Actually against decks that don't use mass removal, SR can be pretty dead sometimes. You draw it after they heavy, then it's only good for discard fodder. Then you'll side it out while they side their mass removal in. Fun times.

The interesting thing though is that they only do this because it is safe to do so. The introduction of Starlight Road could well change the way the game is played entirely, since the mindless use of mass removal will no longer be successful. We may find that a lot of cards become less popular because of Starlight Road, and as a result it has fewer targets to work with, and becomes less effective. Then people take it out of their decks and the mass removal comes back, creating an endless cycle. Whether or not to play the card is going to be a big question to answer when entering any tournaments in the future.
How much do people think the card will be worth? (on release and once the tin is out of print)

depends on what the demand is, and how much it sees play.

Starlight Road is only available for now in the Duelist Pack Collection Tin 2010 (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Duelist_Pack_Collection_Tin_2010) (as a Secret Rare Promo (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/ScR)) (In the TCG)
In the OCG is is available in the Duel Disk - Yusei Version (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Duel_Disk_-_Yusei_Version) (DDY2-JP004 (http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/DDY2-JP004) - as a Ultra Rare + / Secret Rare)
As for the card itself
Starlight road is interesting, though by no means Staple. Cards that can potentially trigger it in the current game are: Heavy Storm, Mirror Force, Torrential Tribute, Icarus Attack, Judgment Dragon, Celestia - Lightsworn Angel, Black Rose Dragon, Gladiator Beast Gyzarus.
The card has no effect on Zombie whatsoever, which in Lightsworn it serves to negate Judgment Dragon and Celestia. Usually a Lightswnr Player will play into Celestia by using Lyla to remove the Backrow card, so Stardust Road will never get to activate...
Gladiator Beast would simply use Bestiari to safely get rid of it, and aren't big enough at the moment to make Starlight Road Warrant play.
Which leaves us with Blackwing, which's it's perfectly reasonable to tech it against, since Icarus Attack is fairly dangerous...
2 Things Strike me about the card:
1: You're "Special Summoning" Stardust Dragon, not Synchro Summoning it. Stardust Dragon cannot be special summoned from the Graveyard except when properly synchro summoned (this is true of all synchro monsters), so if you activate the effect of the Special summoned Stardust Dragon, you'll not get it back in the End Phase.
2. March is the start of a New Format, in which Lightsworn may not be as dominant as they are now. That in turn makes Starlight Road less useful.
I'll not deny that it's rather good, but it's nowhere near Staple material... best used as a side deck card for Blackwings.
as for iths price I am expecting when released around the 10-30 minimum but with time as with Prisma when released it'll go up and down in value constantly - but awaiting the march 1st ban list which may or may not affect this or Stardust we will have to wait and see

^+1
and if LS dont get nerfed to oblivion, lyla + CHOICE TO HIT 1 with celestia can make this card kinda meh. of course mind games making ur opponent hit one with celestia is still meh. But i agree most LS go lumina into lyla, pop and sac.
and the chance of u getting this when ur opponent gets heavy and vice versa is quite slim
although if this card does see heavy play, that means my old pal breaker will be back

i think it will be good IMHO only bc it can chain to alot of different cards. but it also makes it not a broken card either.

Because something has to be bad to balance out the awesome promo. I'm not thrilled about the Yusei packs either, but then I guess they have to put some duelist packs in a duelist pack tin don't they. I'm just going to be selling mine, theres nothing I want in either set.

Can also combo with Catastrophe in fun decks, I too will be getting 3 of these tins
