Simply enough, what do you think will happen in the GX manga now we have reached chapter 50 and the main players are mostly set for the Tragoedia story.

Here is what I think

Tradgoedia will get control of Atticus and use him against Jaden or Chazz
Aster will show off a planet series card
Aster will learn that Tradgoedia killed his father and try to stop him but fails
At some point either through Karr McKenzie or another puppet Tradgoedia will steal Winged Kuriboh and be reborn
Jaden and Chazz will team up against Tradgoedia and eventually defeat him
Koyo and Dave awake, Dave will still be a jerk while Koyo will take back his deck and have his rematch against Jaden.
Hopefully a new storyline begins.Of course Kageyama could do something completely different as he has known to do in the past.

With any luck, someone will decide that they have to surpass Zane. So either he'll go against Tragoedia and get his butt kicked, or Chazz/Bastion/Jaden will duel him to prove some point and more Cybers will be released. ...I mean, for closure on that storyline. Yes.

I dunno about a new storyline; Yugioh R was less than 50 chapters, wasn't it? GX will unfortunately probably end once Tragoedia explodes.

That's a good point about it possibly ending after Tragoedia However, assuming that this is still their first year, they have at least two more years worth of potential story lines, plot, and character development (For example, do more with the "Trip to Domino" arc outside of it merely being for nostalgia). Perhaps we could see what would've happen if GX would've continued and maybe go into the Pro League.

I think Tragoedia will probably be the final villain of the arc. I could see him being defeated here and comming back one last time after this arc which is where we'll get the manga incarnation of Fujiwara.

I would also put my money on V-Heroes being all LIGHT monsters to parallel Edo's relationship with Kar to his relataionship with Saiou in the anime.

The manga will likely only cover the first year.

The manga isn't like the anime. It stays within its boundries and tries to keep the story as down to earth as a story about a card game-based school and magical spirits can be. You won't see any card shurikens or different dimensions here.

Just thought I'd point that out.
