where do u find the legendary pokemon?

Are you talking about Deoxy? if that is what your talking about it has 3 versions of itself Leaf(Defense Mode) Fire(Attack Mode) and the Japanese game Emerald has a Speed version I think but im pretty sure you can only get it with a nintendo special event and im just guessing..Level 70 ;)
