Inspired by the decks from the blockbuster digital game Duels of the Planeswalkers, these powerful 60-card decks are ready to play right out of the box complete with five rares, one of which is foil. Each deck comes with a 15-card Magic 2010 Core Set booster pack, allowing you to customize your deck and take total command of your game!

The MSRP for these decks is $14.99 and we'll have the complete decklists when we get a little closer to the release date. Which is June 4.

It's going to disappoint people no matter how much they hope *insert hard to get and/or expensive card here* will be in it.
Not that these things are designed with competitive players in mind or anything.

Unless I win the lotto, I probably won't bother. Duels of the Planeswalkers decks are fun enough online, but incredibly weak in the real world. I doubt they'll stick rigidly to the online card pool, because it's not deep enough to appeal to most people. Best cards I can think of are Wrath of God and Platinum Angel, and just those two.

will it be only the first ones or include ones from the expansion if they did add more decks to that? from what i've seen in the game, none of the decks are worth it except for collecting because of the symbol, they will need to make changes to the decks

This is starting to remind me of VS. System. About two years before it died UD started putting out promos faster than actual sets and it cost them greatly (spending money that should have been put into set design and whatnot).

Only difference between VS and Magic is that Magic is good, though. :P

As an MTG player of over 10 years, I must say that VS. combat system was MUCH more involved and harder to master. MTG is greater in many ways, but VS had things about it that made it better.

The mind over matter deck (I think it's called) is the only deck worth mention for this if it does appear in this promo thing. The others are very weak (the equal of a precon deck) this is gonna be a waste of money for me, I'll just get a box or something eles besides this.
