I looked all over this forum. Will there be a way for those who don't have Game Cube to get Espeon and Umbreon (w/out trading)? There doesn't seem to be a concept of night and day in FR/LG.

I think there still is a clock to signify night and day......

Fire Red and Leaf Green don't have a clock, but Ruby/Sapphire do. I guess you can only get them from Ruby/Sapphire.

The way to get them is to trade from Colosseum

Is that the only way, that you know of?

From the way serebii lists it, it's the only way I think is possible:

http://www.serebii.net/pokedex-rs/197.shtml

Take Umbreon for example. Serebii says in Fire Red/Leaf Green, you can evolve Eevee into Umbreon. Yet how could that be possible if there aren't any day/noon/night features like G/S/C.....

No, you can get them by trading an Eevee over to R/S and evolving them through happiness. This is because R/S has a clock.

I know the it doesn't get dark, but does the clock say AM and PM on it?

The game knows whether it's AM or PM because it can determine events like the high and low tide at the shoal cave, getting berries daily from the berry master's wife, and the lottery at Lilycove Department Store.

Oh yeah. Cool. I forgot about all those, it's been awhile since I played Ruby/Sapphire. Thanks.
