What kind of Special Summons exactly can TKRO negate?
I know it can negate Inheret ones (Gale, Judgment Dragon, DAD)

Can it negate:
CoTH, Book of Life, etc.
Giant Rat, Shining Angel, Pyramid Turtle, etc.
Il Blud, Gigaplant, Faultroll, Lumina, etc.
and any other type of Special Summoning that I might have forgotten.

TKRO can only negate inherent ones.

TKRO cannot be activated during the damage step.

There are no inherent special summons that can occur during the damage step.

So can it negate CoTH and Book of Life activated during the main phase?
Can it negate Il Blud, Gigaplant, Faultroll(not the inherent summon, the effect where it special summons a X-saber from the graveyard), Lumina?

As SC said, Rai-Oh can only negate inherent special summons, none of those are inherent summons (you even pointed out that with Faultroll).

If a summon can be performed at anytime other than the Main Phase, is not an inherent summon.
If the source of the summon is not the monster card itself, it's not an inherent summon.
If the summon starts a chain, is not an inherent summon.

TK can ONLY negate a SS of a card that summons with its OWN effect.

so dad, JD, syncro monsters, cyber dragon, and cards that only summon with its own effect on itsown card

so it can NOT negate cards like book of life or call of the haunted as for example a cyber dragon or sangan summoned with CoTH is not summoned by its own effect it is summoned by another card (in this case CoTH)

Inherent summons are performed through summon conditions, not effects.

Rai-Oh cannot negate the summon of a monster that is summoned through it's own effect, like Dark Nephthys or Stardust Dragon (when summoned from the grave).

It cannot stop glads. They are summoned by effects.

It cannot stop Dark Simorgh. It is summoned by its effect.

It can stop Krystia. It is summoned by its inherent summoning condition.
