I wouldn't trust water that came from the moon.

It's mostly a plume of icy particles that shot up into space. This might lead to
more "water" discoveries in the future. If there is water on the moon, it's a possiblity that human colonization can't be far away.

The whole reason people are excited about water on the moon is that water is required for life, and they think they might find some kind of amoeba or something up there in the water... Why look there when we still don't know of every creature on earth?
I see no viable way for us to colonize space, and we still haven't found life out there after 40 years, so I think it's time for us to disband NASA.
Besides, I don't think my long distance plan will cover calls to the moon.
