No they'll skip the sleeves.Instead, they'll make "monster yugioh cards", far superior to any yugioh trading card, a "monster brand" shapesnatch would be the equivalent of an SJC Dark end dragon

Considering ETC was quick to laud the legitimate advantages of monster binders, but list none for the deck boxes, I'm skeptical about whether or not any advantages are present. ._.

Except for "Made of the same material as the monster binder covers so they're all trippy and ****", of course.

The deck boxes are cool, but I would hope for ten dollars they are at least padded or something.

Monster Sleeves would be incredible. I would so buy a set of them. I want them to be side loading sleeves ^.^

I have one of these. They fit real nice and tight around the deck and theres 2 small flaps on the top of the box that keep the deck from moving up and down. It's really easy to assemble. Ever fold up one of those cardboard deck boxes you get a sneak peaks? If you can do that, you can this.

This can't end well. If I have to assemble the deck box, how easy will it be to "disassemble" the completed product?

Pass priority.

It's not from Ikea, so I wouldn't be too worried about that actually. It just means that its fragile.

It just means that its fragile. Again, pass priority.

It's not so much that I can't assemble it, but... why should I? It's not exactly something that has to be kept and shipped in separate parts (like a piece of furniture.) It's a deck box that's not made of cardboard (like the Crimson Crisis and Raging Battle Sneak Peek deck boxes... which were the lowest quality deck boxes I've come across; it was a coin flip whether or not a prize winner would put it together correctly without tearing a key portion of the box.)

I know, I was just kidding. I agree, if the product can be sold for $2, assembled, and still make a profit, then there is clearly no point in making one that has to be assembled, and expecting the average 12-16 year old to not break it.

Still, Leogs are a very important part of all male childhoods. >_>

I wouldn't buy one. I'm using an Ultra-Pro one and it works just fine. But still, the perfect deck box and the best one I've ever used is one of those Band-Aid tins. Perfect width and height, and will hold a 40-card deck plus 15-card extra deck. No worries about breaks or card bends at all.

Dont quote me on this but I remeber when people first got the hype going for Monster Binders a guy on the forums (I think his name is JasonMacTowelie) said that they did make 4 pocket ones but they were extremely rare or hard to find.

But once again I could be mistaken.

EDIT:

Here is what he said about an alternate Binder...

what about you guys?

ps: i hope they make monster protector sleeves next, lol that would be pro.

I have like 5 of those boxes and I prefer them over the Ultra pro ones. I have Monster Protector sleeves as well . I used them at the sneak, They´re pretty cool but I think Ultra Pro and KMC are better. There´s a store here that gives you free Monster boes and sleeves if you buy something card related.

I believe the whole "binder and deckbox matching" obsession may be leading to a negative cause in my eyes.

Honestly if one would ask me, I personally would never have my Deck box and binder out at the same time unless I'm re-arranging my backpack or fetching something out of it. Having a matching visual appearance two separate objects that serve different purposes, seems silly to me, unless the person has OCD.

If Monster Protectors made Monster Protector Underwear, I believe people would still have the random 'matching' incentive to buy it.

The most expensive underwear in the world!

I own one of these and I honestly must say it's worth it. Fits perfectly around the cards and protects them MUCH better than a normal deck box. Also very durable and not likely to get destroyed.
