Other information:
You will need to have a constructed Naruto or Dragon Ball deck in order to enter the event. Since this is a premier level event, deck list are required and must be turned in prior to the first round. Decks and sleeves must meet the specific guidelines prior to tournament.
Crossover Rogue List will be enforced.
ADDITIONAL RULES ARE AS FOLLOW:
1. Deck lists are required and must be turned in prior to registration. Please type it out if you have bad penmanship? If I can't read it, it ain't valid.
2. Sleeves must be clean of any marking and of solid color. Rule of thumb is to purchase new sleeves prior to dueling.
3. All users are required a dice of some kind for turnmarkers as well as a coin. I've heard too many times the following conversation during a duel "What turn are we on? Hmm..0, 0, 1, 1..2 I think". If a judge comes over and hear that conversation and there is no turn marker it will be a game lost to those who do not have a dice.
4. First round will start at 12:00 PM sharp...so don't be late..store will open at approximately 11:00 AM..(may be earlier depending on if I am lazy or not)..So get here as early as possible if you still need to fill out your deck list..
5. Recommendation is to have your deck lists filled out prior to coming to the store...otherwise get there early to fill it out..keep in mind to point #1 above...Also for those who have bad penmanship..please type it out. If I can't read it, it ain't valid.
6. Side decks must be unsleeved or of a different color sleeve if you chose to have one.
7. Everyone is required to have a turn marker of some kind..(dice is a good example).
8. Everyone is required to have counters of some kind...(pennies are a good example here)
9. No profanity, scouting, and language of any kind will be tolerated during this tourney....Another words please bring something to keep yourself entertained if you do complete your round early...
The most important rule of all...
10. Finally..keep in mind that this is still a game and having fun is the best reward.....
More rules to be added as I see fit....
