Resolving Ties in Points in Pegasus Format

Question directed at Julia:

So we finished our 4 weeks of the October Pegasus League format today and at the end of the month we have 2 ties

1st - 2 players tied
3rd - 2 players tied

My question is: Is there a formal tie-breaker system?

For 1st, we are just going to split the packs 5 each, which we are ok with

For 3rd it becomes a bit tougher since its 5 packs between 2 people

We almost got in a stickier situation where there was almost a 3 way tie for 3rd.

How do we resolve this officially?
The store wants to do a playoff next week, which doesnt make sense since we are taking apart our October decks.
I'm trying to convince the store to give them 3 each since technically they are both 3rd place, I guess that would mean technically I should get 6 packs as well

What would we do if there was a tie between 2 people for 4th?

We actually had a problem like this.

The top 2 players were tied with points, and the next 2 were tied as well. We also ran into a problem of only having 10 turbo Packs left to give out. thankfully the top 4 were present at the end of the last league event. The store offered a choice of either getting Champion Pack 8 or Turbo Packs (if there weren't enough Turbo Packs to go around, the players would just have to wait until more Turbo Packs came in). The top 2 decided to get Champion Pack 8 and divide the total for 1st and 2nd evenly, which meant 5 each. of the other two, one wanted Champion Packs and the other wanted Turbo Packs.

But who would get the 2 and who would get the 3? The two decided to have a single match under the current month's format. Winner gets 3 packs of their choice, the other person gets 2 packs.
