The only problem is, is I'm on a budget (80$) and I was playing a WW deck but I was told it was outdated and too slow, I did try and try to make a budget green and red but failed due to the fact of not being able to buy dual lands, which were very popular back then, I saw magic 2010 set and I got back into the game, I'm just wondering what budget decks are effective and playable now for around 80$.

You still can make a WW aggro since you don't need the expensive fetchlands.

RDW is always cheap. Most of the rares are under 5$ and it doesn't need Fetchlands (sure the deck is better with them, but you can do without).
