Erick I think Manaphy should be taken off the Ubers list seeing that its Suspect. If not the Latias needs to go up to Ubers.

Latias was OU prior to being put into this suspect test, so it should still be OU until Smogon votes otherwise. Manaphy was Uber prior to being put into this test, so it should still be Uber until Smogon votes it otherwise.

Suspect doesn't allow them into OU automatically, otherwise that'd defeat the purpose of testing them. Latias was priorly OU, it's OU until it's voted Uber. Manaphy was priorly Uber, it's Uber until it's voted OU.

As for not caring what I think, ask around, you'll get pretty much the same response as I just gave you.

2. Both are Suspect. Allowing one Suspect and not the other is down right retarded.

DSP has a legitimate point here. Please try and keep your obvious bias to a minimum.

Latias is still technically OU, and Manaphy is still technically Uber, and it will remain that way until after the final stages of the suspect testing.

They are both suspects, but tell me this, what tier does smogon list Latias being on their main site? I just checked and as of this post, it says OU. Manaphy on the other hand, says Uber.
