Prohibition. Especially for Pegasus League.

Prohibition hits more things (S/T's, Honest and Kalut) and i believe this shines over CaD's surprise aspect (Chaining to eff that S/S's, response to adding monster to hand)

that really depends on what deck you are running... you prohibition whatever card they run that can ruin you the most... Such as when I use my aggressive skill drain deck i almost always name honest with the first and necro with the second... that really hurts lightsworn's answers to my deck... but if you run a deck that does not attack much then these would be foolish to name... celestia or lumina would probably be better bets...

and prohibition is hands down much better than cloak and dagger... cloak and dagger wont even stop the summoning effects such as monarchs...

Cloack and Dagger is good when play Ritual decks if they come back which overdrive i could see some spellcaster decks.

Prohibition is a general hit all.

very true... the next set is going to make rituals much better so maybe they will see some competitive play this format... if so then cloak and dagger will be much better than it is currently...

on a side note: I do love the card cloak and dagger... Its just not competitive enough compared to other choices...
