Can you rate this pull and tell me if salamence is good?

the torchic isn't bad and the salamance isn't that great. I really only think that salamance is good in draft.

Yes the Rare Salamence isnt very good, the Holo Salamence with Dragon wind is much better then that. If U wanna play, use the Holo One ;)

I have Played the Holo Salamence in Combo with Latias Ex is it very great.
