Team Storm! (Part Two) We're raining on your parade!

[Jolteon]

We're the new team on the block, but don't take us lightly because we'll stomp you down like yesterday's garbage. Team Storm is a group of friends who love Pokemon and love to battle and enjoy the game. We don't want to get caught up in the drama of Pojo and won't accept those that do. If you want to join Team Storm, you must first battle and Admin or higher ranked member to test your skills. If you choose to not join and try to fight us, remember, it's always the calmest right before the storm!

The Rules:
All Teams made by you must follow these rules and clauses when playing for/representing Team Storm.

- No Ubers (Mew, Mewtwo, Ho-oh, Lugia, Kyogre, Groudon, Latios, Rayquaza, Deoxys (all forms) Palkia, Dialga, Giratina, Manaphy, Darkrai,Garchomp Arceus, Wobbuffet)
- Sleep Clause (You cannot use a sleep move on an enemy Pokemon if one or more of their party is already asleep.)
- No Hax Items (You cannot use the items "Quick Claw," "Focus Band," "Razor Claw," "Scope Lens," "Razor Fang," "King's Rock," "Brightpowder," or "Lax Incense.")
- Species Clause (You cannot use more than 1 of the same species of Pokemon in your team.)
- Evasion Clause (You cannot use moves that raise evasion, such as Double Team or Minimize.)
- OHKO Clause (You may not use moves that have a chance to one hit ko, such as Fissure)
- Explosion Clause (If both players go to 0 Pokemon at the same time, the controller of the move that KOed them loses. This is the case with Explosion, Self Destruct, Perish Song, Destiny Bond, Sandstorm, etc.)
- You are also allowed to use HGSS movesets.

Inactive Roster
* No one. :)

Leader/Vice Leaders: Leads our team and makes the final decisions. The leader decides if we will partake in wars and sets up all of our team tournaments. All test battles will be reported to these people and the final decision will be made by them. Can test new members. Can make the new team threads.

Admins: The "pros" of the team. These people achieved this status by proving they have sufficient knowledge of the game and can make wise predictions, design effecient teams, and have an overall high win record. Admins can test new members, and when they are through they report to the leader. Admins are allowed to make new team threads.

Elites: These are the people the admins and leaders have under watch to promote. They show great skill and are usually the people that have the hang of the game. Elites and Grunts are the main people we look to for participation in wars and team tournies.

Grunts: The "newbies" to the team. They may be the lesser skilled ones who are slowly learning to play competitively or the people who just joined who hadn't quite made it to admin level. If a Grunt shows hard work, they'll get bumped to an Elite.

Inactives: These are members that have disappeared from Pojo or requested to be moved here because of them taking a break. In order to return to the main roster, you must stay active for one week, by posting on the thread everyday. Inactives can also not be in the war roster or in a Tournament.

Rank Up:
1) Challenge someone on a higher rank to a battle
2) Win 2/3 against that person
3) You cannot challenge a leader/vice leader to take that spot because thats retarded =p The highest you will get moved up to is Admin.
4) Show exemplary skills in the team tournys by winning the majority of them for the month
5) Win a random ranking tourny

If you lose in a challenge you and the person you played must switch spots. You could challenge that person again for your spot back but after 3 days of losing your spot. You cannot challenge twice in the same month. This is to keep to many roster flips and give you enough time to brush up on your skills.

Also, to keep team support alive, we have a new feature to our team. Every other week we'll be hosting a team tourny that only our teammates can enter. Nothing huge, but it will keep activity up. Also, 1st place will get an EV trained poke prize from one of our team leaders, but more on this as our team progresses.

Rules: All Standrad Rules and Clauses apply. This will be single elimination. Play lv.100 standard. Good luck, have fun, and above all else, no arguing please, it's just a game :P

Prizes: Each member can submit prizes for the winner. The first place winner of the tournament will have the right to pick one pokemon from a list of these:

Since Zeal wants a 5v5 War, we have had to re-do our roster. The active war roster is now:
